When you post a listing it goes live to buyers straight away, and 10% of its price is HELD from the credits below, not spent: the hold comes back in full if it does not sell, and goes to your buyer if it does. Taking a listing down releases its hold immediately. Editing your profile or certifications changes what buyers see on every listing you have, and a verification you request is reviewed by a person before the badge appears.
