How XP and tiers work
Standard: WorkHive Achievement Tier Model (platform-internal, 5 tiers × 12 domains).
- XP this week: XP entries from the past 7 days, summed.
- Active domains: domains where you've earned at least Level 1 (out of 12 total).
- Total level: sum of your level across all 12 domains. Drives your worker tier.
- Verdict: green if 50+ XP this week; amber if 1-49 XP; empty if no XP yet; never red (Achievements is purely motivational).
