Step 1: Asset & Type

How this page works
  • Three steps: pick the asset and what kind of work it was, describe the problem and what you did, then save. Your typing is kept as you go, so an interruption does not lose it.
  • Who sees it: entries are shared with your hive - your team and supervisor read them, and they feed PM compliance and the asset's history.
  • Open vs Closed: Closed means the job is finished. Open leaves it on your open-jobs list and on the team board until someone closes it.
  • Offline: if you lose signal mid-entry the save is held on this device and syncs when you reconnect - it tells you when that happens.
  • Parts and photos: adding a part deducts it from Inventory; a photo can be read by the AI to draft the entry, which you can edit before saving.
Fastest: let AI fill it

Speak to fill

Describe the situation once: AI fills machine, problem, action, type, and more.

Photo defect capture

Snap a photo of the defect (rust, leak, crack, burn). AI drafts the entry from the image.

or fill in manually
Status

Optional 7-state workflow: requested → approved → assigned → in progress → completed → verified. Workers move their own assigned items forward; supervisors approve, assign, and verify.
