- Maturity stair: latest snapshot from your hive maturity data. Hive must clear 5 dimension gates per stair: Process, Data, Resilience, Leadership and Culture, each scored out of 100 and shown as the five bars in the Maturity Stairway below. The stair advances only when every gate clears, so the LOWEST dimension is the one holding you back.
- Adoption health: the adoption-risk calculation. Healthy < 35, At Risk 35-65, Critical > 65.
- Open issues: sum of still-open work orders + PM-overdue ASSETS (assets with at least one overdue PM, counted once per asset, matching the PM Scheduler) + stock issues (parts at or below their reorder level, including out of stock).
- Verdict: red if Adoption is Critical OR > 5 PMs overdue; amber if Adoption is At Risk OR any of (1-5 PMs overdue, ≥10 open WOs, ≥1 low-stock item); green when all clear.
