- Maturity stair: latest snapshot from your hive maturity data. Hive must clear 5 dimension gates per stair (Reliability / Operations / Safety / People / Cost).
- Adoption health: the adoption-risk calculation. Healthy < 35, At Risk 35-65, Critical > 65.
- Open issues: sum of still-open work orders + PM-overdue ASSETS (assets with at least one overdue PM, counted once per asset, matching the PM Scheduler) + stock issues (parts at or below their reorder level, including out of stock).
- Verdict: red if Adoption is Critical OR > 5 PMs overdue; amber if Adoption is At Risk OR any of (1-5 PMs overdue, ≥10 open WOs, ≥1 low-stock item); green when all clear.
