How this page works

Every part carries a minimum quantity. When stock falls below it the part is flagged low, which is what the alerts and the procurement suggestions read from.
Issuing and receiving parts writes a transaction, so the running total is a history you can audit rather than a number someone typed.
A part can be pushed to the marketplace when you have a surplus. That publishes the part, not your stock levels.

How these counts are computed

Out of stock: parts with none left on hand.
Low stock: parts at or below the reorder level (the threshold to reorder).
Pending parts: parts a worker added in this hive that need a supervisor sign-off before Use / Restock unlocks.
Verdict: red if any out-of-stock for critical parts; amber if any low-stock OR pending; green when fully stocked.
