How these KPIs are computed

OEE: average of OEE across all assets returned by the descriptive phase. Availability × Performance × Quality (the OEE formula).
Worst MTBF: lowest MTBF in days across all assets with at least one corrective failure in the window. Mean Time Between Failures.
PM compliance: scope items completed within frequency window / total scope items in the period.
Verdict: red if OEE < 60% OR worst MTBF < 14 days OR compliance < 50%; amber if any KPI under its healthy threshold; green when all three clear.
