How these KPIs are computed

OEE: average across the assets the descriptive phase returns, computed as Availability × Quality ONLY. Full OEE is Availability × Performance × Quality; Performance needs each asset's ideal cycle time, which this hive has not recorded, so the figure is an upper bound on true OEE and carries no benchmark.
Worst MTBF: lowest MTBF in days across all assets with at least one corrective failure in the window. Mean Time Between Failures.
PM compliance: scope items completed within frequency window / total scope items in the period.
Verdict: red if OEE < 60% OR worst MTBF < 14 days OR compliance < 50%; amber if any KPI under its healthy threshold; green when all three clear.
