How this page works

A project holds the work that does not fit a single logbook entry: a shutdown, an install, an overhaul.
Tasks carry their own owner and dates. Progress on the project is derived from them rather than set by hand.
A bill of materials imported from an engineering calculation arrives here as tasks and parts you can still edit.

Active projects: active.
Past end date: past their end date but not yet closed: projects that should have closed but haven't.
On hold or planning: on hold or planning: work that's not moving yet.
Verdict: red if 3+ past end date; amber if any past end OR blocked count exceeds active; green when active > blocked and nothing overdue.
