About WorkHive

WorkHive is a free industrial intelligence platform built for every Filipino industrial worker, from field to management. It bundles a digital logbook, preventive maintenance scheduler, spare-parts inventory, skill matrix, engineering design calculators, and an AI work assistant. All free at the worker tier, forever.

Why WorkHive exists

Every Philippine plant rediscovers the same problems independently. A fault solved in Cabuyao in 2023 gets rediscovered in Cebu in 2026, costing the second plant 40 hours of troubleshooting and PHP 200,000 of downtime. The knowledge exists; it just is not shared.

Meanwhile the AI revolution is reshaping work faster than the Philippine industrial workforce can prepare for. Filipino technicians, engineers, and operators are at risk of being left behind unless they have the tools to document their expertise, build verifiable career portfolios, and use AI to extend their capabilities instead of be replaced by it.

WorkHive is built to do both: connect Philippine industrial knowledge across plants, and give every worker the tools to stay employable in the AI era.

Who built it

Ian Lumayno Beronio is the founder and operator of WorkHive Engineering Services. WorkHive is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines under Business Name No. 8080496, valid 6 April 2026 to 6 April 2031, with National scope.

The platform is operated as a sole proprietorship and stays free at the worker tier as a matter of mission, not a temporary promotion. Future monetization, if it happens, will be transparent, opt-in, and scoped only to enterprise-tier add-ons that do not gate worker-level access.
