Tick the consumables you want tracked in Inventory. Part numbers vary by market - edit them to match your manual; you can add the rest in Inventory any time.

How integrations are categorised
Active integrations: integrations that are switched on and have synced in the last 7 days.
Stale syncs: enabled integrations whose last sync was more than 7 days ago: usually an auth or endpoint issue.
Disabled: integrations turned off but still in the config table.
Verdict: red if any stale; amber if any disabled OR no integrations at all; green when all active integrations are fresh.
The 3 tabs below (Import File / Live Sync / API Keys) let you configure each integration type.

Live Sync
After the import, turn on Live Sync. Give your CMMS the webhook address in this tab. New work orders then arrive the moment someone raises them, with no CSV exports. You can also run a sync yourself at any time. WorkHive pushes each finished job back to SAP automatically when you close it.

API Keys
Optional. Make a key so Power BI, custom apps, or your tools can pull WorkHive data through the API. No one touches the raw database.
How this page works
A connection is one-way unless it says otherwise: this platform reads from your CMMS or sensors, and does not write back.
Nothing here starts syncing until you press Connect. Adding a credential alone changes nothing.
If a connection has failed, the row says when it last succeeded, so you can tell a broken link from a quiet one.

Join a hive first
You need to be part of a hive to import CMMS data.
Run a sync whenever you need one, or point your CMMS at the webhook address below so records arrive as they change. Either way only new and changed records are synced. No CSV exports.
